Our panoramic view includes green meadows, tall trees, ambling creek, rustic barn and distant mountain peaks.  We have excellent lighting and various locations for gorgeous  photos!  Everything you need for a perfect wedding day is on site and ready to go.  This is wedding planning "made easy," so that you and your family can relax and enjoy the moment. 

Rental Includes:
Friday through Sunday use of the Guesthouse, Catering Area, Party Barn and surrounding grounds.  Come spend an epic weekend and get married at the ranch!!  Everything listed is included in our price!

  • Historic character with fresh renovations.​
  • ​​Warm white lights, huge champaign sheer curtains and beautiful landscaping.
  • Built from salvaged timber out of the barn, our alter measures 88" tall x 104" wide with 44" overhangs.  It has power on the backside for your sound system.

  • Antique handmade doilies.
  • Wood rounds of assorted sizes and textures.
  • Silver trays and galvanized tins.
  • Clear glass vases, jugs, and jars.
  • Various candles and fairy lights.
  • Silver, gold, amber and rose mercury glass.
  • Antique turquoise jars.
  • ​All the right signs: Mr. & Mrs., seating, guestbook, gifts, favors, dessert table, unplugged wedding, and others.
  • ​A full alphabet of galvanized letters to personalize the room.
  • An array of trays and towers to create height and depth on your special tables.
  • Assorted fabrics and burlap, miscellaneous ribbon and rope on site.
  • Wooden barrels & galvanized buckets. ​
  • Some artificial flowers to choose from.​
The bar area includes:
  • Two galvanized troughs for bottles and cans.
  • A bar with cooler for fresh ice.​
  • 2 door commercial refrigerator for drinks and flowers.
  • 6 drink dispensers that hold 3 gallons each.
  • 45 cup coffee pot.
  • Iced Tea, Lemonade, Water and Coffee SUPPLIED BY VENUE.
  • Bar utensils and supplies.
The catering area includes:
  • 2 door commercial freezer.
  • Commercial ice machine with large basin of fresh ice.
  • 2 door commercial refrigerator for food and dessert.​
  • Two stainless steel work tables.
  • A 3 basin commercial sink with rinsing faucet.
  • Buffet tables and linens.
  • Two electric roaster ovens.
  • Three extra large stainless steel bowls.
  • Large plastic cutting boards.
  • Serving utensils and food thermometers.​
  • Assorted platters and trays.
We have four specialty tables:
  • Norm: a 14 foot refinished schoolhouse table.
  • Lynne: a 5 foot white farmhouse table.  Makes a beautiful sweetheart table or dessert table.
  • Oma: a 4 x 4 antique that is great for a memory table or guestbook.
  • Niki: a versatile 4 foot oval or drop the ends for a small rectangle. 
  • Four propane heaters for when it is cold.
  • Two sets of cornhole boards!!
  • Three outhouses and a warm water handwash antique sink.
  • Large parking area and dry lot RV parking.

  • ​All event plans, setup, tear down and clean up are the responsibility of the renters.  
  • Damage deposits will be non-refunded if owners have to clean up or if there is any damage to our property.​
